Lunio is local-first by design.

In the current release scope, Lunio does not require an account and is designed to store pet care information locally on your device. Lunio does not include advertising or third-party tracking in the current product definition.

Pet Care Records

Lunio may store pet profile details, daily care records, reminders, notes, vaccine information, symptoms, medication records, weight entries, and visit summaries locally on your device.

Photos and Documents

If you choose to add photos, vaccine documents, or care-related attachments, Lunio uses camera or photo access for that action. These items are used for local records and are not uploaded by Lunio in the current release scope.

Notifications

Lunio may use local notifications for care reminders if you enable them. Notification permission can be managed in iOS Settings.

Medical Boundary

Lunio records and organizes pet care information. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, recommend dosage, or replace veterinary advice.

Changes to This Policy

If Lunio adds any feature that changes its data practices, this policy and App Store privacy information will be updated before that change is submitted for release.
